We are seeking a Project Manager that is an experienced leader with a mix of external customer management experience, and internal technical experience to help manage and grow a pipeline of business in collaboration with the US Government. The leader is responsible for developing and managing multiple projects, growing these accounts and teams to become a long-term sustainable business. This candidate ultimate is responsible for successful execution of these technology projects and their cost, time and scope. The PM will support the COO, Portfolio VP and VP of Business Development in management of large pursuits.

Managing the proposal team complete key deliverables

• Participation in contract negotiations (as needed)
• Building project plans with milestones, budgets and working with other PMs and Tech Leads to understand tasking and timelines.
• Communicating effectively internally and externally to manage expectations, resource needs and timelines,
• Keeping the internal labor planning tools updated for forecasting and tracking
• Providing weekly updates to the Commercial VP and Executive Leadership team on progress against deliverables as well as other key metrics.
• Serving as a key point of contact for each customer.
• Evangelizing GA-Intelligence to our customers
• Building rapport / relationships with end customers and stakeholders
• Establishing a cadence for and updating/managing customer expectations.
• Documenting customer correspondence and meeting notes as necessary.
• Ensuring compliance with the contractual commitments GA-Intelligence has made to our customers.

Typically requires a Bachelors in Business Administration or related discipline and thirteen or more years of progressively complex experience in the project administration field with at least seven of those years in project management. PMP certification recommended
Good communications skills, with customers, team and stakeholders
Customer-focused mindset
Strong MS Office (Excel, Word, PowerPoint) / Google Suite skillset
Strong MS Project management experience (or equivalent tool)
Knowledge of related software tools a plus (Unanet, JIRA, Confluence)
Ability to obtain and maintain DoD Security Clearance is required.
