Beauty Spa Esthetician
BROWN-HILL MEDICAL GROUP INC
We are looking for an injector/aesthetician that wants to partner with our urgent care in providing Aesthetics services to the surrounding Ladera community. We currently have space open to begin an Aesthetics practice and are looking for the right partner to build it up.
We are seeking an aesthetician to earn ownership percentage in the aesthetics portion of the business with sweat equity. The reimbursement will be a percentage of the net income of the business.
THE POSITION DOES NOT REQUIRE THAT YOU WORK EVERY DAY WHILE BUILDING UP THE BUSINESS.
Valid Aesthetician license in California.
Proven experience in providing aesthetic services.
Excellent communication and customer service skills.
Passion for beauty and skincare and a desire to take on a business ownership role.
Provide high-quality aesthetic services, including facials, waxing, body treatments, and more.
Collaborate with the team to create a welcoming and professional spa atmosphere.
Share ideas and contribute to the growth and improvement of the spa.
Promote and upsell spa products and services to clients.
The aesthetician would basically run the business in collaboration with the physician.
