CNC Programmers- 2nd Shift

All-Pro Threaded Products, manufacturing division of All-Pro Fasteners, Inc., located in Arlington, Texas, is a producer of a wide variety of special fasteners that are used throughout the steel fabrication, pipe, OEM, industrial construction and utility industries.

This shift is 2:45p - 11:15p

Summary Sets up and operates Fanuk Controls, Kuma, and Haas Control CNC Lathe and Mill machines to fabricate steel parts for the fastener industry:
Perform preventative maintenance on machinery
Adhere to material traceability procedures
Provide first article to QC Supervisor/Lead for approval signature
Periodically inspect parts for conformity to specifications
Provide accurate account of pieces produced
Police and clean work area 15 minutes prior to end of shift
Reads and interprets work orders and daily production schedules
Math Skills: Strong proficiency in basic math.
Documentation Skills: Ability to accurately document machining procedures.
Basic oral communication skills and the ability to read, comprehend, and complete logs and reports in English.
Policy Compliance: Availability to work scheduled hours and adhere to all company policies, including timekeeping.
Ability to work in a nonclimatecontrolled shop environment and stand for an entire shift.
Strong understanding of machining practices, materials, and general mechanical principles.
