LPN – LTC | Contract Assignment
Location: Bismarck, North Dakota

Shift: Nights (7:00 PM – 7:00 AM)

Duration: 8 Weeks

Schedule: Rotating schedule | 12-hour shifts
Job Overview
"Navitas Healthcare, LLC" is seeking an experienced Licensed Practical Nurse (LPN) for a Long-Term Care (LTC) assignment in North Dakota. The role involves working in a skilled nursing and long-term acute care setting providing direct patient care during night shifts.
Responsibilities

Provide nursing care to LTC and rehab residents
Monitor patient conditions and maintain accurate documentation
Manage care for patients with trachs, vents, PEG tubes, and wound care needs
Assist with medication administration alongside support staff
Follow facility protocols and maintain quality standards of care
Requirements

Active LPN license
LTC experience preferred
IV certification preferred but not mandatory
Experience with trachs, vents, PEG tubes, and wound care preferred
Ability to work rotating night shifts including weekends
Additional Information

Short orientation provided at facility
Additional training support available if required
Scrubs: Any color acceptable
Overtime may be available based on facility needs
