MDS Coordinator Join East Cobb Center for Nursing and Healing as a valued MDS Coordinator. You’ll play a crucial role in ensuring our residents receive the highest level of care while enjoying a fulfilling and supportive work environment.

Your responsibilities will include reviewing and processing MDS assessments in accordance with CMS and LTCI regulations and guidelines. Must be an RN.
MDS Coordinator Responsibilities Collaborate with nursing caregivers and other disciplines to ensure accurate care plan goals.
Prepare accurate reports on Quality Measure/Quality Indicators (QM/QI) from RAI/MDS data.
