You will monitor and care for patients to ensure their safety and comfort, select and examine images for pathologies, and present preliminary findings to Physicians.You will demonstrate strong technical proficiency, sound judgment, and advanced decision-making skills to effectively capture and interpret sonographic data, ensuring optimal diagnostic support.Perform precision ultrasound studies on all patientsResponsible for daily quality control of the ultrasound unitsCommunicate with Biomed when repairs are needed; Manage documentation, data entry and charges for all breast ultrasound proceduresAssist with development of policy and procedures for breast ultrasoundResponsible for daily restocking of ultrasound roomJob Requirements RequiredHigh School Graduate General Studies and 2 years' experience under radiologists supervision, upon hire orHigh School GED General Studies and 2 years' experience under radiologists supervision, upon hireRegistered Diagnostic Medical Sonographer, upon hire andRegistered Technologist Breast Sonography, upon hire orRegistered Diagnostic Medical Sonographer Breast, upon hire andBasic Life Support - CPR, upon hireWhere You'll WorkCommonSpirit Memorial is an award-winning, not-for-profit, faith-based health care organization dedicated to the healing ministry of Jesus Christ.
