GTI is seeking a Procurement Specialist to support purchasing operations through purchase order administration, supplier communication, reporting, and procurement data management. This role is ideal for a highly organized professional who thrives in a fast-paced manufacturing environment.
Transactional Purchasing Support
• Update supplier delivery dates and order notes accurately
Maintain reports on open POs, shortages, late deliveries, and supplier commitments
• Support KPI reporting related to supplier delivery and purchasing execution
Communicate with Receiving, Warehouse, AP, and Planning teams to resolve issues
• Provide training support to Procurement Coordinators
3+ years coordination, purchasing support, customer service, or admin experience

• Strong Excel, ERP, and data accuracy skills
• Manufacturing or supply chain environment experience preferred
