Cardiac Catheterization Laboratory Registered Nurse
Location: New York
Assignment Duration: This is a 13-week contract position.
Schedule:

Day 4x10-Hour: 08:00 - 18:30
Day 5x8-Hour: 08:00 - 16:30
Job Description:
We are seeking a skilled Cardiac Catheterization Laboratory Registered Nurse with at least 2 years of recent experience in a Cath Lab setting. The ideal candidate will have expertise in both diagnostic and interventional cardiac procedures. Floating may be required based on facility needs, and call duties are mandatory, including a frequency of 11-14 days for weekday and weekend coverage. On-call holidays will also be part of the responsibilities.
Responsibilities:

Perform diagnostic and interventional catheterizations.
Monitor procedural sedation and interpret/manage dysrhythmias.
Provide patient care before, during, and after catheterization procedures.
Ensure thorough documentation of patient assessments and procedures.
Collaborate with interdisciplinary teams to optimize patient outcomes.
Required Experience / Certifications / Licensure:

Minimum of 2 years of recent experience in a cardiac catheterization lab.
Current New York State RN License.
Certifications: ACLS, BLS, NIHSS.
Ability to respond to call within 30 minutes.
