Facilities Maintenance Technician

Culton Companies is an exhibit design and fabrication studio. We need a hands-on Maintenance Technician to keep our facility running repairs, preventative maintenance, and general building upkeep.

Handle day-to-day repairs and maintenance: plumbing, HVAC, compressed air, power tools, general building systems

Perform routine preventative maintenance

Help with equipment moves, shop reconfigurations, and minor installations

Coordinate outside contractors (HVAC, electrical, landscaping, etc.)

Keep the facility clean, safe, and running smoothly

35+ years of hands-on building facilities and maintenance experience

• Strong troubleshooting ability and mechanical aptitude across a variety of building systems
• Ability to work independently with minimal supervision and strong personal accountability
• Full-time position Monday through Friday, generally 8:00 AM 5:00 PM

Flexible start and end times available

Occasional evenings or weekends may be needed; Based at our Trussville, Alabama headquarters facility

Frequent walking, ladder climbing, bending, and hands-on physical work throughout the day
