Home Health Care RN - Part time/Flexible

Salary: $30 - $35 / per hour
Maxim Healthcare is hiring for a Registered Nurse (RN) in Vincent, OH to work with pediatric patients in their homes! Part-time and PRN positions are available for DAY and NIGHT SHIFTS! Vincent Shifts Available Days: Saturday 10am-6pm **flexible

Lowell Shifts Available Days: Monday - Saturday 8am-5pm Nights: Friday - Sunday 9pm-5am

Responsibilities:
Utilize the nursing process to assess, plan, implement, and evaluate patient care.
On each assignment, provides skilled nursing care/services in accordance with prescribed orders
Assess signs and symptoms indicating physiologic and psychosocial changes in the patients condition.
Collects, analyzes, and interprets data and information from health care members and documents actual and/or potential nursing diagnoses.
Qualifications:
Currently licensed as an RN in the state in which the RN will practice.
Current TB or Chest X-Ray.
Current BLS card.
