Receptionist Front Desk - No Experience necessary

We're hiring a Front Desk Receptionist at our Roswell office, and we're looking for someone who brings warmth, professionalism, and positive energy to everything they do. Pay: $15$16/hr + bonuses

Full training provided no legal experience? High school diploma or equivalent
Some office or customer service experience (preferred, not required)
Reliable, punctual, and comfortable working on-site full-time
You'll greet visitors, answer incoming calls, manage the flow of our front desk, and support our team in delivering the exceptional service Parnall Law is known for.
To make the best first, continued, and lasting impression on clients and all visitors and callers, including lawyers, doctors and others by warmly and compassionately greeting them and making them feel welcome and comfortable, in order to create raving fan clients, and help the business and law practice grow and thrive.
Answer phones by the second ring and direct caller to the person who can help them or if unavailable, help them.
Greet people at the door and offer them beverages/try to make them comfortable
Process all office emails daily, including VineSigns, Alert, TRD, voicemails and any others that are automatically forwarded to the office email address.
Become familiar with clients and callers to help document the case and handle client issues that arise, whether the CM or paralegal can help or not at that moment.
Helping the Case Managers/Paralegals with data entry and other office tasks when not receiving calls or visitors.
Housekeeping
Make sure water, coffee and other beverages are available for all meetings
Clean/organize the reception area, copy room and conference rooms
Data Entry
~ Help out any team members when requested.

15 - $16 an hour plus consistent bonuses
