Flexible schedule with shifts 7:00 A‑3:00 P, 3:00 P‑11:00 A, 11:00 P‑7:00 A

Joint Commission accredited or in‑process facilities

Supportive RN oversight and mobile time‑tracking platform

Opportunities in in‑home, skilled nursing, and assisted living assignments

Implement treatment and plan of care using sound judgment and critical thinking.

Maintain accurate, detailed, and timely documentation consistent with the plan of care and nursing processes.

Perform all skills, treatments, and procedures within scope of practice as defined by the Nurse Practice Act in the state of Illinois and comply with agency policies, procedures, and protocols.

Unencumbered license as an LPN in the state of Illinois.
