Member Services Representative
Join our team as a Seasonal Member Service Representative. You’ll provide flexible support when needed.

As a seasonal Member Services Representative at Excel Fitness, you will help create a positive member experience through outstanding customer service and cleanliness at our front desk.

Provide exceptional customer service by filling in for available shifts when needed.

Be on call to assist with shift coverage as needed.

Take prospective members on tours and assist with new account sign‑up.

Facilitate updates to member accounts.

Perform detailed cleaning in all areas of the facility.

Exceptional customer service skills with a positive, professional attitude.

People with positive mental attitudes excel here.

Preferred customer service background.

Must be 18 years of age or older.

Continual standing and walking during shift.

Continual talking in person or on the phone.

Will occasionally encounter commercial cleaning products.

Pay: $12.41 per hour.
