Hospice Community Liaison

**The Community Liaison will spend their days building relationships with physicians, hospitals and other community partners as we seek to become their hospice of choice based on the compassion and high-quality care that our team provides to our patients and their families. Strategic planning to identify opportunities to increase our presence in the market

Build and maintain a strong understanding of the hospice market, our referral sources and our competitors

Extensive experience in healthcare sales, especially home care and/or hospice

Must be willing to drive with reliable transportation, valid driver’s license, and auto insurance
