The Infusion Center at Moffitt Cancer Center at SouthShore (MSS) is currently looking for a PRN Registered Nurse to join our team.

Medical and Hematology oncology experience as a registered nurse Outpatient clinic experience as a registered nurse Administering IV fluids, IV antibiotics, Chemotherapy, Blood, Platelets Accessing ports and changing central line dressings Chemotherapy Certification

Responsibilities Uses the nursing process to assess, plan, and evaluate the care of cancer patients and families. Integrates patient and family centered care and the quality caring factors into practice. Identifies, documents, and provides patient education based on learning needs of the patient. Participates in professional development based on the nursing professional’s standards, regulatory requirements, and job expectations.

Credentials and Qualifications BSN from an ACEN or CCNE accredited institution with at least one year of relevant experience or ASN from an ACEN or CCNE accredited institution with 1 year of relevant experience FL RN License BLS Certification An applicant for this position, who will be or is seeking Florida licensure by endorsement, must not have any National Practitioner Data Bank (NPDB) reports, unless the applicant has successfully appealed to have their name removed from the NPDB.
