Phlebotomist - Lab Phlebotomy

Job Overview Labcorp is hiring a Phlebotomist to work at Capital Way, Pennington, NJ. Working Monday - Friday, 8:30am to 5:00pm.

Responsibilities Perform venipuncture and capillary blood collections for all age groups.

Collect specimens for drug screens, paternity tests, alcohol tests and other diagnostic studies.

Enter patient information accurately and promptly.

Process billing information and collect payments as required.

Prepare collected specimens for testing and analysis.

Maintain patient and specimen logs.

Provide superior customer service to all patients.

Execute administrative and clerical duties as needed.

Travel to additional sites when required.

Minimum Qualifications High school diploma, GED or equivalent.

Phlebotomy certification, completion of an accredited training program, or 3 months of phlebotomy experience.

Preferred Qualifications At least 1 year of phlebotomy experience.

Additional Job Standards Phlebotomy certification must come from an accredited agency if no work experience.

Proven track record of exceptional customer service.

Strong written and verbal communication skills.

Ability to work independently or as part of a team.

Comfortable working with minimal supervision.

Reliable transportation.

Flexibility to work overtime as needed.

Must be able to pass a standardized color‑blindness test.

Pay Range $17.75 – $20.00 per hour

Benefits Eligible for comprehensive benefits (Medical, Dental, Vision, Life, STD/LTD, 401(k), PTO/FTO, Tuition Reimbursement, ESP) when scheduled ≥20 hours per week.

Eligibility for 401(k) plan only when scheduled 7 on/7 off schedule employees receive all benefits except PTO/FTO.

Potential quarterly bonus through PST Incentive Plan based on performance metrics.
