Head of Operations & Business Management

Please note that this position is working for a single-unit restaurant in Palm Beach County, FL.

The ideal candidate is a highly analytical leader who will join our restaurant management team. You will be responsible for leading a part of the company's day-to-day business operations (Kitchen, Front Counter, Drive-Thru, Catering) focusing on culture, developing leaders, managing costs, establishing systems.

Responsibilities Learn and work daily in multiple areas of the restaurant, including Kitchen, Front Counter, and Drive-Thru

Cast the vision and establish the culture for the department.

Develop and grow all leaders in the department.

Establish and achieve all labor goals.

Create and implement all systems for the department.

Ensure operational excellence and be accountable for all service scores in the department.

Qualifications Bachelor\'s degree in Business Management or related discipline.

3-4 years of relevant leadership experience.

Strong interpersonal and communication skills.

Experience in restaurant management.
