Job Description

Seeking a dedicated Physical Therapist for an outpatient setting who will primarily work with an active population of young professionals. The role involves treating a partial pelvic caseload and aims to achieve productivity of 60 visits per week, seeing 12‑14 patients daily. Successful candidates will be expected to float to other clinics in Rogers and Bella Vista.

Pay package based on 8‑hour shifts and 40 hours per week (subject to confirmation). Tax‑free stipend amount to be determined.

Responsibilities

Conduct evaluations and develop individualized treatment plans for patients.

Implement therapy interventions and monitor patient progress.

Communicate effectively with patients and other healthcare professionals.

Document treatment and outcomes in compliance with regulations.

Participate in ongoing education and professional development.

Required Experience / Certifications / Licensure

Active Physical Therapist license in the state of Arkansas.

Outpatient experience preferred, but new graduates are welcome to apply.

Approval required for any overtime hours worked.
