Position Overview

The Housekeeper position is responsible for maintaining cleanliness in the Service Center and office areas.

Pay & Hours

$16.46 per hour, bi‑weekly paid.

Mon - Thurs 5:00 AM - 3:30 PM

Thurs - Sun 5:00 AM - 3:30 PM

Responsibilities

Efficiently clean within the warehouse to include office areas, bathrooms, and cafeteria.

Replenish supplies such as paper towels, toilet paper, soap, etc.

Operate various motorized equipment including floor polishers, sweeper vac, etc.

Remove snow by hand or mechanical means.

Properly follow company and OSHA safety procedures.

Ability to work in a fast paced environment.

Ability to read, write, conduct business‑related mathematics and analyze data as required.

Brings problems to the attention of the supervisor, manager, safety director or HR manager.

Follows daily procedures and protocols as set forth in job orientations and trainings.

All other duties as assigned.

Qualifications

Must be 18 years old to apply.

Ability to work in a fast‑paced environment.

Ability to read, write, conduct business‑related mathematics and analyze data as required.

Basic proficiency in speaking and understanding English to comprehend safety instructions, participate in safety drills and effectively communicate in case of emergencies.

High School Diploma or GED preferred.

Minimum of 6 months of previous experience in a warehouse facility preferred.

Physical Requirements

Required to stand (stationary position) during scheduled hours; hours usually include weekends, evenings and holidays.

Specific vision abilities: close vision, distance vision, color vision, peripheral vision, depth perception and ability to adjust focus.

Requires communicating using various methods.

Kneeling, stooping, using stairs, reaching, pulling and moving weights of 0-25 pounds constantly and 25-40 pounds occasionally and over 40 pounds seldomly with or without assistance as needed.

Ability to move up to 40 pounds at least 25 feet in distance occasionally with assistance as needed.
