ICU Registered Nurse (RN)We are seeking an experienced Registered Nurse to join our Intensive Care Unit (ICU) team. This role requires a dedicated professional capable of providing high-quality care to critically ill patients. Candidates must have a minimum of 2 years of nursing experience and be prepared to float between units as needed.Unit InformationThe ICU unit specializes in the management and treatment of patients with complex health issues, including:SepsisPost-cardiac arrestIABP managementCOVID-19 respiratory failureSevere diabetic ketoacidosis (DKA)Multi-system organ failureCIWA assessmentsGI bleedingRenal failureStroke managementEquipmentSpacelabs telemetry monitorsLifePak defibrillators and transport monitorsBellmont for massive transfusion protocol (MTP)IABPPA cathetersVentilatorsCertifications RequiredACLS (Advanced Cardiac Life Support)NIHSS (National Institutes of Health Stroke Scale)TNCC (Trauma Nurse Core Course) - PreferredShift DetailsThis position requires night shifts consisting of three 12-hour shifts per week from 19:00 to 07:30. Block scheduling is not available.Additional InformationAll previous permanent employees of any affiliated facility must be separated from the health system for a minimum of 3 months to qualify for this travel position. Active compact licenses are honored at facilities within the region.
