This is an exceptional opportunity for a compassionate Family Medicine Physician to join an employed position within busy, well-respected practices, supported by a strong referral base and the full resources of a robust health system network.

Call structure: Employed position within a nonprofit health system
Board Certified or Board Eligible in Family Medicine
Eligible for state medical licensure and DEA registration
Deliver high quality comprehensive care to patients with a focus on relationship building
Assessing patient's current health risks
Various clinics in Indianapolis, Carmel, and Kokomo
Employer Health clinics serving employees and their dependents
Integrated referral network

Licensure / Certification / Registration:

Physician MD/DO credentialed from the Indiana Medical Licensing Board obtained prior to hire date or job transfer date required.
Doctor of Medicine (MD) or Doctor of Osteopathy (DO) required.
