Deaconess Clinic, a premier multi-specialty group with 400+ providers across 60+ locations, is seeking a full-time Endocrinologist to join our established and expanding practice in Henderson, Kentucky. • Team of 5 experienced Advanced Practice Providers (APPs) who collaborate closely with you to deliver the best care.
• 2 Registered Dietitians available to enhance patient education, support lifestyle changes, and improve health outcomes.
• Metabolic education sessions for patients to manage chronic conditions and improve quality of life.
• Established physician referral network and strong specialty support.
• State-of-the-art facilities with Epic EMR for seamless care coordination.

Productivity bonuses in addition to your base salary, rewarding you for your hard work.

• $36,000 sign-on bonus with a 3-year commitment, or a $50,000 sign-on bonus with a 5-year commitment, to help you relocate and settle into your new role.

• Practice Model: • 75% Outpatient Clinic / 25% Inpatient Coverage • Established outpatient practice with dedicated procedure time • Inpatient consults and hospital-based cases as part of integrated care model

Minimal night call, shared inpatient call, and no weekend work to support your personal time.
