Provide comprehensive nursing care in accordance with the physician's orders and individualized care plan
Provide tracheostomy, ventilator, G-tube, wound care, and other skilled nursing interventions as needed
Accurately document care provided and communicate changes to the clinical team
Collaborate with physicians, therapists, and other healthcare professionals to ensure continuity of care
Active Registered Nurse (RN) license
Compassionate and empathetic approach to patient care
Current Texas Registered Nurse (RN) license in good standing
Minimum of two years of nursing experience required; home health or private duty experience preferred
Experience with tracheostomy, ventilator, infusion therapy, wound care, and G-tube management is a plus
Ability to work effectively in a fast-paced healthcare environment
Ability to respond appropriately in emergency situations
Flexible shifts available (days, nights, weekends)
One-on-one patient care
Competitive hourly pay ($40-55/hr, depending on patient needs and experience)
Weekly pay with direct deposit
