This position benefits from a flexible remote work setting, allowing counselors to connect with clients from the comfort of their own homes. However, our practice of outreach and community engagement also extends to outpatient office settings in Bethlehem, facilitating face-to-face interactions as needed. Conduct thorough assessments and provide counseling services to individuals, couples, families, and groups via teletherapy and in-person sessions as needed.
Develop and implement tailored treatment plans that align with clients' specific needs, goals, and mental health challenges, adapting techniques and approaches as necessary.
Stay abreast of trends in the counseling field and attend training sessions to enhance your skills and knowledge.
A Master's degree in counseling, psychology, social work, or a related field. Strong interpersonal and communication skills, enabling rapport-building and trust with clients and colleagues.
Proficiency in using electronic health record systems for clinical documentation and treatment planning.
Experience working with various populations, including the LGBTQ+ community, veterans, and multicultural groups.
Familiarity with different therapeutic modalities, such as cognitive-behavioral therapy (CBT) and mindfulness techniques.
Access to unlimited client referrals, assisting you in building and managing your caseload effectively.
Assistance with billing and administrative tasks, allowing you to focus on what matters most—your clients.
