An innovative AI and robotics company is seeking a Technical Recruiter to support hiring across engineering and technical functions. This organization develops advanced automation and machine vision systems used in manufacturing environments worldwide.
This role is ideal for a recruiter who enjoys partnering closely with hiring managers, engaging highly technical talent, and contributing to the growth of a fast-moving technology team. You will work alongside People Operations leadership and engineering stakeholders to identify, attract, and hire exceptional talent across machine learning, robotics, simulation, perception, and related disciplines.
Manage full-cycle recruiting for technical roles from sourcing through offer acceptance
Develop personalized outreach strategies for specialized engineering talent
Partner with hiring managers to define hiring criteria, calibrate evaluations, and facilitate hiring decisions
Maintain a high-quality candidate experience throughout the recruitment lifecycle
Manage pipelines and recruiting workflows within the applicant tracking system
Assist with additional hiring initiatives across business and customer-facing functions as the company grows
2–5 years of full-cycle technical recruiting experience in a technology-driven environment
- Proven success recruiting and closing engineering talent
- Experience using modern applicant tracking systems and structured interview processes
- Strong communication skills with the ability to provide clear candidate assessments and hiring recommendations
- Experience recruiting for robotics, AI, machine learning, hardware, or other deep-technology roles
Exposure to recruiting for sales, customer success, or solutions engineering positions
