Head of Project Management (Remote)

Global Program Management RoleJoin a global program management team at a large biotech pharmaceutical leader, supporting medical device and combination product development from early stages through commercialization. You will help drive project execution, coordinate cross-functional efforts, and support process improvements in a regulated environment. This role enables you to make a tangible impact on global projects while working both onsite and remotely.Key ResponsibilitiesFacilitate cross-functional coordination for medical device and combination product development programsDevelop and maintain integrated project plans, timelines, milestone trackers, and action logsPartner with engineering, quality, regulatory, clinical, manufacturing, supply chain, and additional teams to ensure aligned executionOrganize and support core team meetings and program reviews, including agenda preparation, decision documentation, and follow-upTrack project status against timelines and milestones; escalate risks, delays, or issuesCreate and update project dashboards, status reports, presentations, and milestone review materialsMaintain program documentation to ensure readiness for design reviews, phase gates, and launch activitiesAssist with risk, issue, assumption, and change tracking to maintain program visibilitySupport coordination with external suppliers and partners as applicableContribute to process improvement initiatives for project management practices and team routinesRequired Experience & SkillsStrong organizational and communication skillsDemonstrated initiative and follow-through on project tasksExperience in project management roles within large, matrixed organizationsAbility to work effectively across diverse, cross-functional teamsProficiency in project planning, tracking, and reportingPreferred QualificationsExperience with medical product/device or technical programs in addition to project managementTop 3 Must Have Skills1.
