Physician - Neonatologist (Full-time)

Join Our Neonatology Team at Winchester Medical Center!
We are seeking a board-certified or board-eligible neonatologist to join our dedicated team in Winchester, VA. This full-time opportunity is part of a well-established 3-physician group caring for a 30-bed Level IIIb NICU, with an average daily census of 14. Our unit supports approximately 2,500 annual deliveries and admits around 330 NICU patients each year.
3.0 FTE staffing model aiming to maintain flexibility by utilizing a team of four attending physicians.

• Seeking a full-time Neonatologist, though we are open to candidates interested in less than full-time arrangements
• Supported by 24-hour in-house Neonatal Nurse Practitioner (NNP) coverage, allowing physicians to maintain balance while ensuring excellent patient care
• Dedicated Pediatric Hospitalist team covers newborn nursery

Work alongside highly skilled NNPs and multidisciplinary staff in a well-coordinated, high-functioning NICU
