Pathmark Transportation is Hiring morning Shift Operations Supervisor.

Manage and lead a team of hourly associates in a fast- pace warehouse team environment. Ensure acceptable levels of performance in assigned business unit by meeting or proceeding productivity standards and cost controlmanagement. Ensure exceptional customer service by meeting key performance indicators( order fill rate accuracy, unannounced inspections, inventory accuracy, ETC.) Achieve performance goals throughKPI Monitoring, Promote LEAN Principles and process improvement. Conduct annual performance reviews

2+ years of previous experience in a leadership role with a track record of implementation and managing changing.

Ability to manage fast- pace environment while focusing on exceeding operational goals.
