Direct Support Professional (DSP) Full Time Professional Enid, OK, US
Salary Range: $13.00 To $14.00 Hourly
At Brighter Day, we believe that people with developmental disabilities are people first. Brighter Day is looking for compassionate and caring individuals to join our team as a Direct Care Professional to provide care to the individuals we support. You will work in home settings supporting individuals with daily living activities, participating in recreational activities, and fostering positive relationships.
Flexible and willing to adapt to change. The level of support may vary depending on the needs of the individual.
WHAT YOU’LL DO Provide direct care and support to individuals with developmental disabilities
Implement individualized care plans and follow specific protocols
Support individuals in achieving their personal goals and promoting independence
Provide emotional support and companionship to individuals
HOURS NEEDED All Shifts
SKILLS NEEDED Experience in providing care to individuals with developmental disabilities or similar populations preferred but not required
