Host/Busser
Elmer's is looking for a host to help us achieve our mission of Delighting our Guests! The host position is often the first and last impression our Guests have of Elmer's, so we are looking for people who understand the art of hospitality and who display a warm and gracious personality.
Tip sharing with front and back of house.

- Informs manager and server of any first time Guests
Accommodates any special needs of Guests (i.e. boosters, high chairs, disabilities, etc.)
Manages the wait list when the restaurant is full
Provides Guests assistance to servers as needed.
May serve as busser if business calls for it which includes:
Maintaining cleanliness of sanitation of front-of-the-house including all tables, chairs, floors, windows, and ledges.
Removing dirty dishes, utensils and glasses to bus cart area. Moves bus cart to dishwashing area, empties and cleans card. Returns cart to server aisle.
Refill coffees and waters for Guests as needed.
