Mains'l Services is seeking Overnight Direct Support Professionals (DSP). As a Direct Support Professional at Mains'l Services, you'll be part of those moments while supporting people to live full, meaningful lives.

Awake Pay: $17.00/hour - $19.00/hour based on level of support

We focus on building strong connections with the people we support and within our teams. What You'll Do: As a DSP, you'll support an individual in their home and community. Provide person centered supports tailored to the individual needs (including activities of daily living, behavioral supports, coaching and skill-building)

Assist with transportation to various activities and medical appointments

Maintain safe, clean, and welcoming living environments (including laundry, housekeeping, and meal preparation)

Teach valuable skillsfrom financial management to communication

Be a source of companionship, guidance, and advocacy

Accurately document care and daily activities

18 years or older
