Security Officers for Weekend, Part-time Work

Job Title: Weekend Armed Officer

Pay Rate: $24-27/hour

Schedules: Saturday Sunday 10am - 8pm

Position Overview:

IronRock Security is seeking a reliable and experienced Armed Security Officer with 3+ years of armed security experience to oversee access control at religious institution in Robbinsville, NJ. This role requires a strong presence, excellent communication skills, and prior experience with access control . The guard will help ensure site coverage, support fellow officers, and maintain a safe environment for staff and students.

Responsibilities:

Manage and monitor access control points

Conduct regular patrols of the residential property

Write clear incident and daily activity reports

Support scheduling coordination and communicate staffing needs

Maintain a professional and customer-friendly presence

Respond to incidents, alarms, and emergencies appropriately

Requirements:

• Previous Armed security experience required
• 3+ years of law enforcement and/or armed security experience
• Access control experience required
• Armed SORA License & CCW or RPO
• Valid driver's license (required for periodic mobile patrols)
• Strong communication and report-writing skills
• Reliable, punctual, and professional demeanor
• Ability to stand and walk for extended periods

Compensation & Benefits:

• $24-27/hour
• Part-time opportunities available
