Uptown Properties is looking for a Portfolio Facilitator / Leasing Agent to join our team.
This is an ideal opportunity for a licensed real estate agent (or someone actively pursuing licensure) who wants to earn stable income, build referral relationships, sharpen client service skills, and stay active in the housing market while growing a long-term real estate career.
We’re a boutique brokerage and property management company that believes in collaboration, entrepreneurship, and helping our agents grow real businesses.
This role gives you the chance to work directly with property owners, prospective tenants, and internal teams, while creating valuable connections that can turn into future sales opportunities and referral business.
It is a relationship-driven role that helps you build the foundation for a stronger real estate career.
Hands-on experience with leasing, client management, and property operations

As a Portfolio Facilitator, you’ll serve as the primary point of contact for a small portfolio of property owners, helping deliver a high-touch, responsive, and professional client experience.
You’ll help coordinate the moving pieces that keep a rental portfolio running smoothly, including property onboarding, leasing activity, tenant placement, and turnover coordination.

Work closely with leasing, accounting, maintenance, and customer service teams
Keep projects moving and ensure clients receive timely updates
Help create a seamless experience from onboarding through occupancy
Able to move quickly without sacrificing quality
