Facility Specific Job Notes:
**Required Experience and Qualifications:** Must have at least 18 months of permanent experience in the specialty applying for prior to travel.
Must have 18 months of recent ER experience.
Must have a permanent Ohio license or a compact state license in hand at the time of submission.
Licensure and Certification:** Locals accepted at the same billing rate.
Facility does not accept any license hits.

• *Vaccine Requirements:** COVID-19 and Flu vaccines are required; only medical/religious exemptions are allowed.
• *Additional Notes:** Travelers may be submitted for one job at a time within the Cleveland Clinic Health System.
