Full-time CPA Tax Preparer
Atlantic Group
The Atlantic Group has partnered with an investment management firm in the Greenwich, CT area. They have an immediate need for a Tax Accountant to join their team. This position is a full-time contract role with the opportunity to become permanent based on performance.
Prepare and review partnership tax returns for private equity funds and related entities
- Support tax compliance for asset management structures, including funds and management companies
- Coordinate with external advisors and auditors on tax matters
- Ensure compliance with federal, state, and local tax regulations
- Assist with ad hoc tax projects and process improvements
Work Schedule: flexible (open to hybrid 4/1 or 3/2)
Bachelor’s degree in Accounting or related field (CPA or progress toward CPA is a plus)
- 3–10 years of tax experience, preferably within public accounting
- Strong background in partnership tax, specifically within asset management / private equity
