Description

Conduct assessments of patients in either inpatient or outpatient environments and formulate personalized treatment strategies
Deliver physical therapy interventions that enhance mobility, strength, balance, and overall functionality
Collaborate effectively with nurses, physicians, case managers, and other rehabilitation experts to maximize patient outcomes
Provide education to patients and their families regarding therapeutic goals, home exercises, and plans for discharge
Accurately document evaluations, treatment sessions, and patient progress in compliance with facility and regulatory protocols
Engage in care team huddles and interdisciplinary meetings to ensure cohesive and integrated patient care
Education
~ Doctorate in Physical Therapy (DPT) or an equivalent degree from an accredited institution

Certifications
State licensure as a Physical Therapist
