A premier, award-winning North Carolina litigation boutique is seeking two Commercial Litigation Associates (2+ YOE) to join its highly regarded practice. This position is based full-time onsite in Greensboro , Raleigh , or Charlotte , NC .

Key Responsibilities Handle complex commercial litigation matters from case inception through resolution

Draft pleadings, motions, briefs, and other substantive litigation documents

Manage discovery, conduct legal research, and develop case strategy

Take and defend depositions and participate in hearings, mediations, and settlement negotiations

Work directly with experienced attorneys and clients while taking increasing ownership of matters

Assist with trial preparation and trial work, depending on experience

Qualifications 2+ years of litigation experience

Commercial litigation experience is preferred, but attorneys from other complex litigation practices are encouraged to apply

Background in product liability, catastrophic loss, construction, mass tort/asbestos, transportation, insurance or other complex litigation can translate well to the role

Strong legal research, writing, discovery, and motion practice skills

Deposition and trial preparation experience is a plus

Strong communication skills and a desire to build a substantive, long-term litigation career

Salary and Other Compensation The annual salary for this position is between $180,000 and $220,000 +. Factors that may affect pay within this range may include geography/market, skills, education, experience, and other qualifications of the successful candidate.

(Additional discretionary performance bonuses range from $5,000 to $15,000+, alongside occasional spot bonuses for high billable accomplishments or exceptional achievements).
