Dispatcher/Reservation Representative

Corinthian International Parking Services is looking for a Dispatcher/Reservationist like you to join our family and provide excellent customer service to our customers in San Mateo.

Job Description:

You will be responsible for answering phones, entering client information and details of their reservations. Scheduling drivers for each reservations and processing payments for clients.

Responsibilities:

Handling high volume of calls and dispatching

Input reservations with follow up

Be a liaison between drivers and clients making sure drivers know all the details needed for their shift.

Keeping accurate records for each client.

Successfully balance driver availability with client needs and requests.

Reporting to work on time and ready to work

Representing the company in a highly professional manner at all times

Remain customer service oriented in fast paced, team-oriented environments

Qualifications:

Be at least 25 years old of age.

Detail oriented and organized

Know basic Microsoft, Word, Outlook, and excel processing and reporting knowledge.

Limo Anywhere experience a plus

Dispatch experience preferred

Customer service experience (preferred)
