BCBA Opportunity - In-School ABA Services (BPS Contract)

Through our partnership with Boston Public Schools (BPS), we provide in-school ABA services to students in the Boston, MA area who need extra support to thrive. This role is ideal for a BCBA who values flexibility, meaningful connections, and focused clinical work—without billables, assessments, or administrative overload.

Part-time, hourly, in-person role

$85-95 per hour

No work on school holidays or snow days

Deliver in‑school ABA services for BPS students needing supplemental or non-traditional support

Focus on quality outcomes and meaningful progress—not productivity metrics

Active BCBA certification (required)

Experience working in home or school-based settings

Competitive hourly rate: $85-95 per hour
