Hospital RN - Night Shift

Registered Nurse – Telemetry
12-hour night shifts: 7 PM to 7 AM
Contract length: 13 weeks; guaranteed hours: 36 per week
Requirements

• Active RN license in state or compact state required at time of submission
• BLS, ACLS, and NIHSS certifications required
• 2+ years of acute care experience in telemetry
• Recent charge or manager RN references required
• Experience with Cerner EMR preferred
• Telemetry skills, including experience with Cardizem and insulin drips

Administer medications and treatments as prescribed
Monitor patients' vital signs and report any changes
Collaborate with interdisciplinary teams to provide comprehensive care
Documentation of patient care in electronic medical records
Educate patients and their families on health conditions and treatment plans
