Head of Project Management (Remote)

Project ManagerAllied Universal® Technology Services is seeking a Project Manager to lead the planning, organization, direction, and oversight of construction project activities related to electronic security system installations. This role offers the opportunity to drive strategic project execution, collaborate with top-tier clients, and shape the future of integrated security solutions across diverse environments.Responsibilities:Manage project execution, resource allocation, scheduling, and budget tracking using ERP systemsSupervise installation teams and subcontractors to ensure quality delivery of complex security systemsCoordinate engineering, installation, and subcontracting activities across large-scale projectsCommunicate with vendors, clients, and internal teams to align project goals and timelinesImplement change orders and adjust installation plans and pricing as neededResolve project issues using financial, contractual, and operational tools to maintain profitabilityConduct site walks, attend customer meetings, and maintain accurate records of job status and material flowCreation and delivery of routine project status updates to both the end client and the Program ManagerQualifications (Must Have):High school diploma or equivalentMinimum of three (3) years in project management within construction, security integration or mission-critical environmentsMinimum of two (2) years of access control, CCTV, intrusion detection and SCIF constructionAbility to obtain or maintain a U.S. Government Security Clearance (Secret or higher)Leadership skills with the ability to build strong relationships internally and externally, as well as manage delivery timeframesSolid knowledge of PM techniques and tools, general knowledge of contract laws and regulationsExperience managing multiple projects (portfolio) of at least $1M, while working independently and meeting deadlinesCurrent driver's license if driving a company vehicle, or personal vehicle in the course of conducting business (e.g., client visits, attending networking events)Proficient in web-based applications and computer systems, including Microsoft Office and (BI) Business Intelligence tools for metrics analysis, reporting, automation, and presentationsWillingness and ability to travel to remote locations up to 90%Preferred Qualifications (Nice to Have):Associate's Degree Engineering, Construction Management, or related fieldFactory certifications in relevant technology platforms such as (Software House, Lenel, Brivo, Open Options, Exacq, American Dynamics, Milestone, OnSSI, etc.).Knowledge of Project Management Software Procure, MS Project, or similar softwareCertifications in any of the following PMP, Agile, WaterfallBenefits:Pay: $85,000 - $125,000 annually + company vehicle + gas card + 4% quarterly bonus potential + 4% annual bonus potentialMedical, dental, vision, retirement plan, basic life, AD&D, and disability insuranceEight paid holidays annually, five sick days, and four personal daysVacation time offered at an accrual rate of 3.08 hours biweekly.
