Salary: $160,000 - $175,000 per year A bit about us: We are currently seeking a dynamic, detail-oriented, and experienced Associate Attorney to join our esteemed legal team. The ideal candidate will be a seasoned professional with a strong background in Joint Venture Structuring. This position offers a unique opportunity to work on complex and challenging legal matters in a fast-paced, high-stakes environment. You will be responsible for providing legal advice and guidance to our clients, drafting and reviewing legal documents, and representing clients in negotiations and court proceedings. Drafting, reviewing and negotiating complex joint venture agreements and related documents. Providing legal advice and guidance on a wide range of legal issues related to joint ventures, including structuring, formation, governance, and dissolution. Representing clients in negotiations and court proceedings related to joint ventures. Conducting thorough legal research and analysis to support legal advice and recommendations. Collaborating with other attorneys and legal professionals to develop and implement legal strategies that align with our clients' business objectives. Juris Doctor (JD) degree from an accredited law school. 2. 2-6 years of experience as an attorney, with a focus on joint venture structuring. Extensive knowledge of laws and regulations related to joint ventures. Proven experience drafting, reviewing, and negotiating complex legal documents. Jobot is an Equal Opportunity Employer.
