Part Time Cashier (flexible Shifts)

SNIPES Cashier - Part Time Regular. The Cashier is responsible for providing excellent customer service, including managing customer transactions at point of sale (POS), stock and replenishment, and maintaining the store’s brand and overall appearance.

Achieve or exceed goals such as sales, hourly productivity average dollar sale (ADS), units per transaction (UPT) conversion (if applicable), charge accounts, contests, and other brand specific KPIs.

Apply selling skills and customer service standards as taught in Company training programs.

Develop and maintain relationships with customers through a friendly attitude and excellent customer service.

Meet company standards for appearance, performance, knowledge, and personal grooming.

Maintain awareness of all sales promotions, handle multiple customers and projects, and print merchandise tags in a timely manner.

Understand and communicate customer merchandise needs; notify Store Management when the merchandise assortment meets or fails to meet these needs.

Ensure consistent control of merchandise and maintain the cash wrap daily as directed.

Demonstrate professionalism when dealing with customers and answer the telephone in a friendly and professional manner.

Asset Protection

Able to work various shifts including weekends and holidays.

Present a neat appearance and personal grooming.

Will be required to stand for long periods throughout the shift.

Enthusiasm for the brand.

Adaptable and flexible.
