Weekend Client Services Rep

Job Overview
Cintas is seeking a Route Service Representative to manage and grow customer accounts in the Rental Division. Partners drive a truck along an established route and service and sell within an existing customer base. This is a physical, fast‑paced, indoor/outdoor position in which partners deliver and pick up uniforms, shop towels, chemical cleaning products, and other facility service products.

Hiring includes a comprehensive 10‑week training program, a solid base salary with commission potential once assigned a route, a majority 4‑day workweek, no overnight shifts or weekends, and monthly/quarterly performance bonuses and incentives.

Key Responsibilities

You are the face of Cintas to our customers and must build rapport with key decision makers.

Ensure quality standards and proactively solve customer concerns.

Grow the existing customer base by upselling and cross‑selling additional products and services.

Negotiate service agreement renewals and control inventory while working professionally and safely.

Comply with driving and vehicle regulations.

Required Qualifications

Qualified candidates must meet all Department of Transportation (DOT) requirements for driving a regulated vehicle weighing more than 10,000 lbs.

Have an active driver’s license.

Be at least 21 years old.

Obtain a DOT medical certification.

Provide documentation regarding prior employment.

Possess the ability to meet the physical requirements of the position.

Hold a high school diploma, GED, or equivalent military service.

Demonstrate a strong customer‑service orientation.

Show self‑motivation and the drive to work in a teamwork‑focused environment.

Maintain a positive attitude, ambition, organization, and service spirit.
