Shape the Future of Flight as a CNC Machinist in Aerospace
Location: Park City, KS | Payrate: $20 - $32/hour + shift differential | Multiple Shifts available
PDS Tech Commercial is partnering with a leading aerospace manufacturer for a direct hire opportunity.
As a Machinist, you won’t just run machines—you’ll help create precision components that keep the aerospace industry moving forward. From raw materials to flight-ready parts, your craftsmanship directly contributes to safety, performance, and cutting‑edge engineering.
Mill, drill, bore, and ream parts from extrusions, forgings, plate, and assemblies
Operate 3-, 4-, and 5-axis CNC machines with various controls
Use precision measuring tools to ensure parts meet exact specifications
Perform basic CNC program control at the machine
Conduct preventative maintenance and maintain equipment calibration
Troubleshoot machining and quality issues
Collaborate with engineering, quality, tooling, and scheduling teams
Lift up to 50 lbs independently (more with assistance)
High school diploma or equivalent
Mechanical aptitude and strong work ethic
Willingness to learn CNC machining, shop math (SAE & Metric), and precision measurement tools
20.00 to $32.00 per hour
