As a Chaplain, you will work with all hospital departments and personnel to provide spiritual guidance and emotional support during illness, injury and/or emergency to patients, family members, visitors, hospital staff, and physicians. You will provide visitations and spiritual support to patients, family members, and employees
You will serve as a liaison to community churches and clergy members on behalf of the hospital, including the coordination of patient visits
You will document services and significant interactions in the patient record
You will provide assistance with crisis intervention measures where appropriate
You will formulate programs and policies to meet the spiritual needs of the organization
Previous experience working in a hospital setting as a Chaplain - preferred

• Bachelor's degree in area of expertise from an accredited institution
• 1 unit of Clinical Pastoral Education (CPE) accredited by the Association of Clinical Pastoral Education (ACPE)
• Clinical Pastoral Education (CPE) completed in a hospital setting - preferred
