Join Ace Appliance as a Major Appliance Salesperson and become an integral part of our Family Owned & Operated company. We are seeking enthusiastic individuals who excel in a fast-paced environment and are eager to assist customers in finding the ideal appliances for their homes, we provide training. The position requires availability 5- days per week. Saturdays and weekdays, totaling 38-40 hours per week. You will get two days off per week. Position is base salary plus bonuses & commission and full benefit package. Total average annual pay $65,000 to $69,000 with benefit's.

Responsibilities:

Engage with customers to assess their appliance needs and provide customized solutions.

Demonstrate product features and benefits to enhance customer knowledge and satisfaction.

Maintain a clean and organized showroom to ensure an inviting shopping atmosphere.

Accurately and efficiently process sales transactions using our point-of-sale system.

Stay informed about industry trends, new products, and promotions to effectively inform customers.

Collaborate with team members to achieve sales objectives and enhance customer service.

Follow up with customers after their purchase to ensure satisfaction and encourage repeat business.

Assist with inventory management and restocking of merchandise as needed.

Requirements:

Proven experience in retail sales, preferably in major appliances or home goods.

Strong communication skills with a customer-focused approach.

Flexibility to work varying hours, including weekends and holidays.

Basic math skills for handling transactions and managing inventory.

High school diploma or equivalent; additional sales training is advantageous.

Team player with a positive attitude and a passion for helping others.

Ability to safely lift and move heavy appliances.

Familiarity with appliance brands and features is a plus.
