Head of Programme Management

About the Role

Maintains strategic oversight of all program elements across a cross‑regional or national portfolio of assigned accounts with annual revenue between $850k and $2M. Responsible for oversight of the Sales/TCO Process, Implementation Process, and Program Management Process. Builds strong relationships with key decision makers at each assigned account to ensure customer satisfaction and profitability.

Your Impact

PROGRAM MANAGEMENT – Directly manages assigned resources for the full spectrum of Sales/TCO, Implementation, and Program Management processes. Supports change management; works with business unit leaders to leverage program metrics for optimization and cost savings.

RELATIONSHIP MANAGEMENT – Develops and manages relationships with daily and senior level administrators; resolves complaints; ensures Canon products represented in opportunities; maintains contact with client contacts and third‑party suppliers; ensures compliance with standards; drives management and development of site human resources.

BUSINESS DEVELOPMENT – Works with Sales and Strategy to form proposals for expansions; supports strategy team with portfolio management; leads operations involvement in sales for new business.

PEOPLE MANAGEMENT AND DEVELOPMENT – Manages performance and annual reviews for direct reports; trains and mentors staff; coaches and develops reports; recruits and selects staff; contributes to succession planning; implements management by objectives.

CONTINUOUS IMPROVEMENT – Creates culture of improvement; implements customer relations plan; maintains compliance; facilitates sharing of best practices; coordinates resources for on‑site operations.

FINANCIAL MANAGEMENT – Accountable for financial performance against budget; ensures profit enhancement plan; develops and analyzes performance reports; manages forecasting; participates in productivity measurement; ensures contract compliance; oversees billing and invoicing.

About You: The Skills & Expertise You Bring

Base salary range: $77,180 – $105,980 annually.

Bachelor's degree in a relevant field or equivalent experience required.

7+ years of related experience and management experience required.

Operations and financial knowledge; experience as Program Manager in a technology or professional services environment.

Leadership ability, strong interpersonal and communication skills, problem‑solving and analytical skills.

Significant experience in a customer service‑oriented environment.

Experience interfacing with senior level customer contacts.

Position requires up to 40% overnight travel; valid driver’s license and acceptable driving record required.

Full‑time on‑site; full‑time presence required at assigned office(s)/worksite(s)/territory on scheduled workdays.
