This role serves as a visible, mobile presence within the office environment, enhancing the workplace experience through hospitality, colleague support, space readiness, and operational coordination. Maintains cafés, coffee stations, inclusive spaces, and meeting rooms to ensure they are organized, operational, and guest-ready

Manages inventory and replenishment of workplace supplies and amenities

Provides real-time workplace assistance, guidance, and problem resolution for colleagues and visitors

Supports workplace programming, enterprise events, and colleague engagement activities, including room setup, catering coordination, and event execution

Performs furniture movement and room reconfigurations to support business and event requirements

Submits, tracks, and coordinates facilities and technology service requests

May support additional workplace safety responsibilities such as Fire Warden or First Aid Representative

Associate's degree and/or Bachelor's degree preferred

• Experience in office administration, hospitality, workplace services, facilities support, or a related field
• Customer service and hospitality-oriented mindset with demonstrated adaptability and initiative
• Proficiency with Microsoft Office applications, including Word, Excel, and PowerPoint
