Shifts: 1st shift 6:00am-2:00pm, 2nd shift 2:00pm-10:00pm or 3rd shift 10:00pm-6:00am EOW required

$2,000 Sign on Bonus (does not apply to PRN positions)

Pickup Bonus $25 per 4 hours (does not apply to PRN positions)

Perfect Attendance Bonus $3.00 an hour (does not apply to PRN positions)

Assist residents to meet their daily needs, including personal care and meal assistance

Respond to resident calls and needs promptly with a smile and positive attitude

Report changes in condition to nursing staff, ensure proper documentation as needed

Serve as an advocate for your residents and a leader for your team

Be knowledgeable in the survey process and best practices

Travel with resident to doctor appointments

High School Diploma or equivalent

Current Certified Nursing Assistant license from the State of Iowa
